The Auth Method offers a 20 CE hour, NCBTMB certified home-study course in forearm massage. This comprehensive course teaches how to give a full body massage using the forearms as the primary massage tool. These techniques can be used for relaxing spa massage, deep tissue massage, medical and pre-natal massage. By using the forearms you’ll have more leverage, increased durability and a broader surface area of contact. This course teaches simple Qi Gong exercises for effective body mechanics while massaging. The course includes both Auth Method forearm massage DVDs, the Auth Method forearm massage book and a test booklet.
