Forearm Massage - Side Lying position. Side-lying position is for much more than pre-natal massage. Therapists often treat the body as though it has two sides; a front and a back instead of a front, back, left and right side. It’s the muscles along the sides of the body that often give clients the most trouble. Side Lying Position to great for medical massage and working out pain in the shoulder and hips. It is also the best way to access the psoas and other vulnerable muscles. Learn techniques that will put your massage ahead of the pack. This 4-hour workshop will cover the inner and outer legs, hips, back, shoulders and neck.
